Handmade ceramic tile inspired by the wildflowers of Wyoming’s high mountain desert.

Every spring, the quiet landscapes of Wyoming awaken with color. Paintbrush blooms reach toward the sun. Arrow Leaf Balsamroot brightens the hillsides. Bees move from flower to flower, and butterflies drift through the warm summer air. The Meadow Bloom Collection was created to capture that fleeting moment-the beauty of a wildflower meadow preserved in clay. Many of my ideas begin while exploring Wyoming’s landscapes, sketchbook in hand, noticing the small creatures and plants that make each place unique.

Each tile begins as a slab of clay and the original design hand carved, every tile hand painted and kiln fired in my Wyoming studio. Through layers of carving and color, I create pieces that celebrate the small details often overlooked: the curve of a petal, the delicate wings of a butterfly, the quiet work of a bee.

These are not mass-produced tiles. Each piece carries the marks of the artist who made it and the landscape that inspired it.

Inspired by the places I call home…

Living in Wyoming has taught me to slow down and pay attention. The most meaningful moments are often found in the details- a monarch visiting a patch of wildflowers, the texture of grasses moving in the wind, the colors that appear for only a short season before the landscape changes again. The Meadow Bloom Collection is an invitation to bring that connection with nature into your home.
