Fire Creek tiles are custom made for you at the time of order. Please expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. Upon ordering, Fire Creek will provide an expected shipping date for you. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers will be provided. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Orders will be shipped once payment is complete.
Large orders of Fire Creek accent and field tile may require freight shipping. Should that be the case, client will be provided a quote for shipping upon the packaging of the order. Order will be shipped once payment is complete.
