The Redpoll Finch are the cutest, most energetic little bird to ever visit your feeder.  They travel in large groups and happily devour the Nyger seed that you just filled your feeders with.  Not only cute, these little birds are smart and tough!  Redpolls will burrow into snow drifts in tunnels up to a foot long to keep warm during the cold, snowy nights.  They can survive temperatures as low as -65 degrees.   Find them in northern weedy fields to beautiful conifer forests.  Add this beautiful tile of a common redpoll to your rustic home or cabin. I craft each tile individually, one at a time just for you.   A beautiful tile to commemorate these special birds.   Made of stoneware, this tile is perfect for your backsplashes and surrounds.  At approximately .25 inches thick, they pair easily with commercial tile, tumbled stone or Fire Creek’s field tile.
